Privacy policy

What information we collect when you visit getkinexa.org, when we email you or when you write to us, what we use it for, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

In short

  • This site has no forms and no user accounts.
  • If you got an email from us, we only use business contact details the company publishes, and you can ask us to stop by replying STOP.
  • We measure visits with Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie notice.
  • We don't sell your information to anyone.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to anderson@getkinexa.org.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Kinexa Growth Group (“Kinexa”), a digital transformation and growth agency. Address: 5828 NW 120th Ave, Coral Springs, FL 33076, USA. Privacy contact: anderson@getkinexa.org.

2. If we emailed you

Kinexa emails businesses that could benefit from the ACO Method. To do so we use the business name, its website, its city and a company or owner email address obtained from public sources, such as the business's own website and search engines. Before writing, a verification service checks that the address exists.

We use that data only to introduce Kinexa and to continue the conversation if you reply. If you tell us you're not interested, or reply STOP, we stop writing and keep your address only on a do-not-contact list so it doesn't happen again.

3. What we collect on this site

What you give us: when you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a meeting, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone or email, your business name and what you tell us about it.

What is collected automatically: our hosting provider logs technical data such as your IP address and browser. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you visit and the buttons you click.

4. What we use it for

  • Answering your messages and requests.
  • Scheduling and preparing the assessment call.
  • Preparing a proposal, if you ask for one.
  • Understanding how the site is used and improving it.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

5. Third-party tools

  • Hostinger: hosts this site and our email.
  • Google Analytics: measures visits and site use, only if you accept cookies.
  • Google Fonts: serves the typefaces; your browser connects to Google to download them.
  • Search and email verification services: help us find businesses and confirm a company address exists before writing.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us there, the conversation happens on their platform.
  • Calendly: if you book a meeting, you do it on their platform and they share the booking with us.

6. Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize your browser between visits. It only turns on if you accept in the notice, and your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser settings.

7. Who we share it with

Only the providers in section 5, and authorities when the law requires it. Some of them process data in countries other than yours, including the United States.

8. How long we keep it

For as long as our conversation or business relationship lasts and, after that, as long as needed for legal or accounting obligations. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your address on the do-not-contact list.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, the law may give you the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to certain uses and to withdraw consent. Write to anderson@getkinexa.org saying what you need. We may ask for information to confirm your identity.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update it when our tools or the way we work change. The last updated date appears at the top.
