1. Who we are

This site is operated by Kinexa Growth Group (“Kinexa”), located at 5828 NW 120th Ave, Coral Springs, FL 33076, USA. You can write to us at anderson@getkinexa.org.

2. Acceptance

By visiting or using getkinexa.org you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

3. What this site is for

This site presents Kinexa and the ACO Method. The information is general and for guidance only: it is not a binding commercial offer, a quote, or legal, financial or tax advice.

Prices, scope, timelines, duration and deliverables of any service are set in writing in the proposal or contract we sign with each client. If anything on this site contradicts that document, the signed document prevails.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the site, read it and share its links. You may not copy or resell its content, design or code without written permission, try to access non-public parts, interfere with how it works, or scrape content in bulk with automated tools.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, code and marks on this site, including “Kinexa” and “ACO Method”, belong to Kinexa or are used with permission.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp or Calendly. We don't control those sites, and their own terms apply when you use them.

7. Warranties and liability

We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Kinexa is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based only on its content. This does not limit rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The last updated date appears at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to consumer protection rules of your country of residence that cannot be excluded.
